Failed generations refund automatically.
If a model errors, times out, or returns empty, we refund the full cost within a second. Video renders are billed at the SKU above times the resolution multiplier the route applies — 1.5× at 1080p; 4K has its own SKU. The per-credit rate improves up the ladder, bottoming out at $0.0085/cr on Enterprise.

Can I move credits between workspaces?
Super admins can move credits between workspaces they own. Members inherit the pool but cannot transfer it outside.
Do credits expire?
No. One-off top-ups and subscription rollover both sit in the wallet until you spend them, with no 90-day clock and no clawback. Credit expiry is switched off in the platform, and if we ever propose changing that we will tell existing credit holders before it applies to them.
What happens if a generation fails?
Every request is gated; if the model errors out we refund the full cost within a second. You see the refund as a transaction in /credits.
Is there an enterprise tier?
Yes — Enterprise starts at 100,000 credits a month with dedicated support, private model endpoints, and custom SLAs. The per-credit rate improves with every step up the ladder, from $0.0100/cr on the entry plan to $0.0085/cr at the top. Contact sales@flogen.ai.
